R2 p2 vlcd 12

Down .4 lbs. this a.m. So, since I was up .4 lb. yesterday, that essentially means Goose Eggs for 2 days in a row. Well, I'm coming clean here, I'm an impatient dieter. That's probably true of a lot of us on hcg. I don't like to sit around when I'm going nowhere diet-wise. So... I'm trying something a little radical today. I will keep you posted as to how it goes.

I saw a YT vlog about doing the Atkins Fat fast while on hcg. You can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQssjS-wPKw and below the vid there is a link to her facebook page that lays out the whole strategy. I started it this a.m. with my tea and 2 pieces of chocolate delite. I'm heading for some bacon and cream cheese now. (I know, sounds crazy!) I'll be lab rat. Keep you posted!

    Oh please do keep us posted..I just wrote something like this kinda..I think if we do this for 1-2 days then eat protocol for 1-2 days then switch our losses would be great..Not positive, but I do think it has some real potential, because it would keep us from starvation mode, and keep fats in our system to lose on for the 2 days back on protocol.
