Catching Up!

Hello All! It has been a while since ive been on here. I have had some great release days, some few ounce days and even 3 stall days which did not make me a happy camper at all. I didnt fret, I did an apple day and was down a pound...i am currently my lowest weight since before I was preg with my 15 yr old son....yayyy me! I am excited most of all about the loss of inches my stomach has gone down DRASTICALLY I look at myelf so many times a day out of disbelief....think I will try crunches now to get some toning in....any thoughts? Anyway I am approaching P3 soon and excited yet nervous any advice on gng into P3???

    That's great news! When are you starting P3? I am headed there myself in about a week and I am a little freaked out. Is this your first round? I cant remember.
    I have having the same issues with loss too. I am up and down the same few onces. I also found I cannot do a correction day 2 days in a row bc I am hungry. SO I guess my body needs the fuel. ANd I know the correction days are really for P3 but like you, I am trying everything to keep the scale going in the right direction.
    For ab work, I used to do crunches every morning. Now I prefer to do Hip Hop Abs and Zumba so at least I am standing up. Much more fun! If you like to dance - you may wish to give one of them a try.

    Hey Julie! I actually have hip hop abs and started it on yesterday lol I will definitely stick to that because it worked pretty good in the past I want zumba on the wii that I am getting for Christmas wonder if it works the same? Right now TOM is here and It has brough some gain with it and I am urrrggggggggghhhh.....so Im not injecting until its gone which will hopefully buy me a few days to lose some more.....This is my first round If I would have known I was going to do this well I would have done a 40day instead of a short round, I dont think I will be able to do a second round
