"Gain. This one I will take . . . yes . . . seriously. I can come back from this and there were reasons behind it and it will be corrected throughout today . . . It will be ok . . . That is my promise to myself.
I did really well yesterday. until dinner. I had a long day so I did an early breakfast and then carried a tomato along with me. Could not believe that I was not hungry all day, then I got home and got into some baked chicken I made . . . Not breast . . All dark meat then hoped for the best. No I did not reach for the cocoa crack.
Emotional day and anxiety.. . . It all had to do with a really heavy conversation I was having at the time . . . High emotions and eating in a rush . . . you know . . when you eat so fast that you cannot believe that you just ate all that? so that was my bad for the day . . . too much chicken barely out of P2 . .
It could have been so much worse, even though it was not a great choice, it was the better choice . . . considering the options that I had available. Condier that I a fresh loaf of bread on the counter, Jamaican beef patties in the freezer, cocoa crack (heart shaped and all), home-made fage, 2 choices of baked chicken - BBQ chicken done 2 different ways, regular and a second container with BBQ chicken with pasta sauce subbing for BBQ sauce. . . . and of those choices . . . I picked the better chicken with the pasta sauce (organic and sugar free) . . . As I said . . . it was not a great choice . . but it could have been so much worse . . . "

Breakfast: water before eating or drinking anything else, Tuna, tomatoes, apple
Lunch: Coffee, water
Dinner: Chicken (dark tho), Tomatoes, coffee, water
Beverages: Coffee, water
