R2 P2 - Day 31 - Day after fff

229.4 (-1.6) at least the number looks better. I like pinkprincess's blog and how she pretty much chronicles her losses daily so I copied a page from her book.

So I tried the fff (fat free fage - 0%) yesterday and this morning the scale was kinder, I missed my last meal so maybe that too has something to do with it. I am a little bit crabby this morning because last night I barely slept, I wanted to sleep but my eyes and my body refused to go, I think it was from the yerba mate tea that I had in the evening.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Yerba mate tea, detox tea

Snack: Apple

Lunch: 8-9 ounces fage sweetened with stevia and New York Cheesecake Capella drops

Dinner: Missed it (running errands - finished after 9 pm so did not eat after then)
. Yerba mate tea, Ballerina (dieter's) tea

    Congrats you are in the 20's!!! Yea you!!! Woot! Woot! I agree yerbe mate = no sleep. I can't do caffeine. Luckily I am good with green tea as it has become my new best friend. Hope you ended up sleeping in to catch up.

    Sleeping is is not an option today . . . had some more Yerba mate this morning and I am going like the energiser bunny, I have huge day today, will be running around taking care of another surprise birthday party for later today. I like green tea too, I got the yerba mate that has green tea and peppermint added to it.

    The 20's look wonderful to me right now, even if it is on the cusp, I am happy for now.
