Gained exactly the numbers I was losing . . . That is what happens when you look a gift horse in the mouth I guess. Went off the eggs yesterday, had a lot of meat for the day and I just went with it to see if there was going to be a change in the morning. I think I might be having eggs again. I have decided that I will be doing the hcg rounds until I get to goal and then finish out with the Leptin Reset plan.

Yesterday’s Meals

Breakfast BAB: Muffins (Eggs, tuna, spinach) chicken gizzards

Lunch: meatballs, muffins

Dinner: meatballs, tea, water

Teas: Oolong, green, cranberry

That sounds like a good plan. What made you change your mind?

I have been waiting to see what is going on with you all day . . . I have been up since 5 am, my body woke me up and refuses to recognize that today is Sunday . . . I should probably be sleeping in . No such luck.

I was going back and forth in my mind and with the Leptin Group whether or not to wait a bit before going back to hcg. Hcg was always winning . . . I have no patience at all to wait for the Leptin Reset to get the weight off. So now that the weight is creeping back up and I don't seem to have a handle on the reasoning why . . . Hcg has won. After I am at goal I can fix whatever needs to be fixed upstairs while tightening the new version of me.

That is the conclusion I came to too. I decided to wait till I was at goal then see if I want to do it. Seems like a lot of other people did it that way too. Gotta give hcg a fair chance by doing it the way it was intended to be done. I am also going to work wholeheartedly at balancing my hormones when I am at goal.
