R2 P3/Leptin - Day 9

"Waking up this early in the morning to eat kinda sucking right now, but I am doing it. I am thinking of switching out my Acetyl L-Carnitine to L-carnitine and see what that does. Then I will also be adding Pantethine to my vitamin regimen also. Pantethine is one of the B Vitamins that is supposed to help with belly fat, The last time on P3 I did get back some of the belly that I had lost so I am trying to keep that away. In less than 2 weeks I can get some exercise in so that and the pantethine could work really well.

I am a work in progress. trial and error until I find my groove then I will happily sit in it for the duration. Still trying to figure out what my groove for P3/ Leptin is tho that will make me lose, but that is ok, I have 2 more weeks of stabilizing and then 5 weeks to tighten up the ship before we sail off on another P2 cruise.

Breakfast BAB: Yerba mate tea, Braised chicken in coconut cream, fish scramble (2 eggs, 4 oz flounder) Ohhh heavenly . . .

Lunch: Braised Chicken, cocoa crack, grapefruit

Dinner: cocoa crack, coconut manna, Ballerina Dieterís tea

Teas: Oolong tea, dieterís tea

Vitamins: MSM Powder & Vit C, Probiotic Multi-Enzyme Digestive formula, Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL plus Alpha Lipoic Acid, Super B-Complex, Vitamin E caps, Krill oil

    Okay, I'm totally intrigued by what you are doing. I'm about a week away from P3, and I've started reading about Leptin Reset, but my head spins every time I try to weed through the posts on those threads! Thank you so much posting your menu. It's very helpful. Your food sounds AMAZING by the way!

    So how did you decide on these supplements you are taking? Do they recommend this list on the Leptin thread?

    Avocados are just a slice of heaven.

    The supplements are suggested by Dr Jack Kruse on his Leptin Plan, there is a post (Leptin for Dummies that sould be helpful) but I do have to admit that it is a lot of information to weed through, so I just started out with the basics and decided to do it since it could not hurt between now and the next P2.

    The MSM I added because it is supposed to help tighten the skin (I am having some bat wings issues . . . so I am hoping those tighten up)

    If you need more information, I will be happy to give as much as I can.

    I'll check out the "Leptin for Dummies" thread...sounds right up my alley! ;-) How much MSM are you taking?...I could really use help in my deflated stomach area. Not a pretty sight. I ordered the MSM powder last night after reading your blog and researching the stuff a little. Thanks for the info!
