R4 - Load - Day 1

Did a double steak day yesterday. Down another 2.4 lbs the same number lost as yesterday. See what you can do when you get your head sorted out . . . We can do pretty much anything we want to with the right motivation. We just need to get out of our own way and get it done.
Loading begins this morning. I felt so very happy mixing my batch and giving myself the shot . . . finally!! I had planned on avocados but I am still thinking about it, so far I have Cream cheese, black olives, peanut butter (my nemesis . . . might as well get rid of the rest of it and remove the temptation), chiccarones (fried pork rinds). I plan to start eating early because on Load Days . . the fun of loading goes away halfway through the day and then it becomes a chore . . not as good as you thought it would be . . I don't know if it is the hcg shot or what but this is a pretty regular statement
Hoping to avoid the heavy carb load with breads and ohhh . . . DONUTS!!. . I was passing Dunkin Donuts this morning and just thought . . yummm . . . did not stop and get one tho. . . so there might be hope for me yet"
