219.4 ~~ Up 2.6 ~Up 2.6 Since R3 Pre-load

"Loaded. One more day to go. Gained back the steak day loss but that is ok . . At least I did not add to the bigger number . . . Small gifts . . . Accept them.

I added a B12 shot SQ instead of in the muscle because I am a big baby about injecting in the muscle. It does sting a bit but not much to be scared of it.

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: Olives, peanut butter, cream cheese, pork skins

Lunch: Eggs, cream cheese

Dinner: Eggs, cream cheese, apples, pork rinds,

Teas: Water, chinese dieter's tea
