R4 - P3 Day 2 . . . Best steak ever!!

205.8 ~ Down 1.4 ~ = 0.4 Above LIW

"Steak Day results: Before I even talk about the day . . . let me stand up and salute my steak dinner, it was so good it was one of those that makes you close your eyes and hummm good, was it the marinade or the butter? Whatever it was . . . It was mmmm mmmm goood!!

Ok back to the day . . Down 1.4 lbs. Not the best number I have had on a steak day but it is good and I will take it . . That puts me just about a half a pound over LIW. After TOM leaves, I will correct my way to under LIW and cruise there.

TOM woke me up this morning with horrible cramps, I just try to take this in a stride and popped some more Tylenol before the pain really set in (it is better to treat the pain before it gets really bad . . . easier to manage and get rid of). "

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: 3 tylenol (Thank you TOM)

Lunch: Iced tea slushie

Dinner: Steak (1 lb), Apple

Beverages: Tea, water

    Great job on the steak day, Mel! What kind of marinade did you use? Sodium?

    Good morning Julie,

    I blended my own seasonings (escallion, onion, garlic, allspice, thyme, vinegar . . whatever else I had at the time I made it), I rubbed that in with MCT oil and Old Baby seaoning and a garlic herb blend and let it sit for a while . . .

    Allright! Looking good! I was getting tired of steaks in P3\P4. Right now I would love a rib eye!

    I really would love to do a steak day, but it is so hard for me to get through the day without feeling STARVED!

    I am going to try one more time, tomorrow, and will have coffee with HWC until dinner...I HOPE that works because I need to get to LDW.
