"Down again and under LIW . . . Nice. Had decided that I would be doing a steak day soon but as it turns out . . . I may not need to after all.
I have given some thought to the advice of balancing my meals more (thanks P & J) with protein and veggies at mealtimes because that might just be all that I am really lacking. Since P3 I have been eating as if I am snacking, there is not one balanced meal since Day 1 of P3, at least one meal for the day has some kind of protein but it might not have been enough plus, the veggies got left by the wayside.
It all comes down to keeping it simple then I guess, finding a balance and maintaining it. That is the great thing about blogging, you get advice and help with the things you are doing and someone else also gets to learn from your mistakes so they don't make one of their own.
