206.4 ~ Up 1.6 ~ = 1.0 Above LIW

Back up but still in the zone. Ate later than usual. But I am ok since I am within range. Still working on balancing meals and waiting for everything to even out. For right now I am stable and I am going to be ok with that.

Breakfast: Coffee, Chicken, radishes, cocoa crack

Lunch: radishes, cocoa crack

Dinner: shrimp, radish, cantaloupe

Beverages: Coffee, water

    Good to see some protein in there
    Just want to remind you ...in p3 you need to up your calories to find that sweet spot. I was more stable when I ate more, around 1500 cals. Each of us is different but I hear about a lot of gains and wt fluctuations BC people are not eating enough... A tough concept to embrace if you are a lifetime dieter. Ya know?
