229 ~ ( 0.4 ) ~ plus 7.2 lbs since R3


"Let the games begin. First day of P2. Happy to be here.

Loading Gain = 7.3 lbs, gained 0.4 lbs this morning. Decided to cut the carbs a bit yesterday . . they are not my friends. Finally found Mac Nuts at BJ's . . A whole shelf ful . . . Imagine that huh. . I could not eat as much as I thought I could but I got enough in . . . Loaded with fat

The plan is to have breakfast of protein and veg, an apple for lunch maybe and then dinner of protein and veg again. That's the plan anyway, I will see if I need to adjust it as I go along."

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: Grilled chicken, ice cream, coconut flakes, avocado,

Lunch: Chicken, avocado, ice cream

Dinner: chicken, Macadamia nuts, Ice cream

Teas: Green Tea Extract, Green, ginger

Vitamins: Green Tea Extract, Magnesium Malate
