Yes I did. I added cocoa crack, I have been driving myself crazy with the Mac Nuts so I brought in my big gun for help . . .Cocoa Crack . . .

I guess there are worse things to have than Mac Nuts but I just need to close that gateway before it leads to worse things."

Breakfast: Tea, Steak, Romaine Lettuce, Apple

Lunch: Apple

Dinner: Steak and cucumbers (cooked), cocoa crack

Teas: Green Tea Extract, Green, ginger

VSupplements: Green Tea Extract, Magnesium Malate
