Round 4.2 - P2 - Day 2

213 ~ Down 4.0 ~ Total Losses 2.0 ( pre-load)

"Lost 4 lbs this morning . . . Day One . . . Not bad.

I had Dinner before I left for work last night then came home to that loss . . . So for now . . Worrying about not sleeping the night is not a problem. My bedroom is darkened so much that in the middle of the day with the lights off and the door closed it pretty much looks like midnight. Sorry . . . I had to do it. I cannot sleep in the daytime if there is even an inch of light coming into the room. Mom it is your fault for waking us all up at the break of dawn every day when we were kids.

This round is going to be interesting to say the least. I am curious to see how my body reacts to the change in my schedule (working nights) and how the losses go with that. I am feeling positive about this round."

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: Apple

Lunch: Apple, cucumbers

Dinner: Steak cooked in water and tomatoes, Cucumbers

Teas: Coffee, Water

    I worked midnight years ago and I lost a lot of weight. I just ate my dinner before I went to work at night. One key is that you have to make certain you sleep the same time every day even on your days off. Your body must have a natural rhythm. Being dark and not interrupted is important too it should be as much like a regular nights sleep as possible. I am glad you posted as I was thinking about you today and wondering how you were doing. How are you liking your jobs? Looks like you are off to a good start.

    Hey Buddy . . . I am happy to see you.

    That is my plan with dinner, I figure it would be like having a large breakfast. I plan to double up on the protein for dinner if I skipped it for breakfast or lunch. I like my job, I am only doing one now and the other I start in a bit. I am still going through those first days on the job teething issues but will will become routine soon and get a little smoother.

    That was a really good start I hope it continues. I am in a good place mentally and I am ready for this so hopefully it will not be such a struggle this round.
