Round 4 - P2 - Day 1 . . . Time to start Losing

222.4 ~ Up 3.0 ~Up 5.6 Since R4
"Gained 5.6 lbs Loading. So happy that I did the steak days before and lost some before I started . . . now I have that much less to get rid of after Loading up.
I expected the scale to make a jump today . . . You actually are supposed to eat light after Steak Days to maintain the weight that you've lost on the steak days . . . With Loading, I am not eating light at all. I am looking forward to giving iall the thought of food a rest for a while, eating protocol from the list even if it is the same everyday and getting to see the scale moving in the right direction.
I did try to keep the carb load down to a minimum but I consciously had some coconut macaroon cookies in the evening and I made sure to savor and enjoy them as they would be my last for quite a while."
Yesterday's Meals:
Breakfast: Coffee, Almonds
Lunch: KFC Double Down (No bread sandwich . . Cheese and bacon between 2 pcs Chicken breast . . . ) green beans
Dinner: Eggs, fish, cocoa crack, 2 cookies, almonds
Teas: Coffee , water
