215.6 ~ Down 1.0 ~Down 1.2 Since R4

"Losses have slowed down to a pound . . . Still good and I will take it.

Went to Amazon and got a silicone chocolate mold to make cocoa crack in . . . When I actually start making it again. Made a batch for loading but I cannot have that because I have made it with agave nectar so not for P2 at all. Love the new molds, since I love cocoa crack so much . . . I might as well make them come out pretty.

Still trying to drink that tall glass of water right after the shot in the morning. I have been waking up incredibly early . . . have no idea if that is the b12 kicking in or not. "

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: Water right after shot, Coffee

Lunch: Fish, cucumber, Water, coffee

Dinner: Beef cooked in broth (seasoned water), cucumber, Water, coffee

Teas: Coffee, water

    Hey Mel, you've been at this a while. Do you notice much better losses when you eat steak that day. For me it has made a staggering difference. Going to blog it after couple more days of testing it.

    I have much better losses after having steak or fage. I don't know if it is the stacked protein or what but it just works for me. Let me know how it works out for you.
