213.6 ~ Down 2.0 ~ Net Loss of 3.2 Since R4
"Nice. Ran out of apples yesterday, to busy to go to the store and pick some up but leaving out the apples might not be a bad thing at all . . . So I hope to do that . . . Well as best as I can . . . I need the apples and cocoa crack to keep my sanity on P3 because veggies are not friends of mine . . .

Next week I plan to stock up on fage and do beef and fage as proteins for the day and see how that works out. "

Yesterday's Meals:

Breakfast: Water right after shot, Coffee, home-made pickles

Lunch: Beef cooked in broth (seasoned water), cucumber, Water, coffee

Dinner: Fish, celery (made into some kind of broth . . . It was good), tea

Teas: Coffee, water, ginger, oolong teas
