Weight Loss Apocalypse

I just got a pdf of the book and will be reading this soon. I already know that I need to sort out my issues with eating with my emotions. It is the root of the problem. I wish I was among the group of people who work out their frustrations through exercise or pounding the pavement running and thinking out their problems.

My mother says that when you have bad habits, in order to change them you have to replace the void with something positive, so replace emotional eating with what?

I stopped blogging for a bit because it felt like it was getting overwhelming trying to keep it all together so I just threw my hands up and let it fall where it may. The result was predictable . . . I gained and then gained some more. I do not regret it. . . . I really needed the break away . . . I set myself back but in the process I cleared my head and now I am ready to deal.

    Alouise thank you I will join that group on Facebook I am Melissa Healthiermel . . . I have been checking out Robin's page and Youtube videos . . . I am very interested in fixing what is broken with me so that I can grow from this experience so that I will never repeat the past mistakes that took me to 250 lbs.

    All that matters is that you are back! One day at a time from here! We all have the emotional stuff to work out or we wouldn't be here so don't feel alone. Glad you are back in the game.
