Hmmm...Interesting..Lost 2 # yesterday!

Many of you know that I do the HCG Diet in a very "Rogue" style.
I've been meticulously counting my calories. Friday morning the scale showed that I had lost ALL the weight I put on during the 4th of July Holiday weekend. (in 3 days -7 #). Then I ate too much Friday (a huge steak for dinner). I added it up and it came to 1250 calories for the day!!!!! Saturday morning I weighed earlier than usual and it showed a 1.3 # gain. Sat I had 1020 calories NOT INCLUDING COCONUT OIL. and I LOST the 1.3 # I gained. Sunday, Yesterday, I had 900 calories, again not including the c/o I cook my veggies in. I got on the scale 2 times this morning to make sure and LOST 2 #s!!!
SOooo. This is amazing to me. I LOVE Rogue HCG!!
So far today I've had:
1 container of Fat Free Fage
1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1 tbl of xytitol
vanila cream liquid stevia
cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger=200 calories
1 portion of coconut bread (I divided recipe into 12 portions=about 60 calories per portion...which is the same as the melba or grissini, but A LOT healthier)
1 tsp of natural peanut butter=90=290 calories so far
I will have veggies cooked in coconut oil and garlic for lunch with a Jay Robb Shake (1/2 c cultured coconut milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop JR) =275 calories=565
Dinner is 3 oz of the roast I threw in the crock pot and veggies again (cooked the same way). =240 calories=805
The plan is to stay at 805 for the day
I'm excited!!! I feel so good on p2!!
O, BTW...I forgot to mention that I (always now) put 1 TBL of fresh parmesan cheese on my veggies and sometimes I put one or two TBL of tomato sauce.
O and my hubby has lost 7 # in 5 days. He's SO grumpy tho. He doesn't like veggies cooked in coconut oil, so he's mostly just having grissini sticks (4 a day), Jay Robb shakes (2 or 3 a day) and some meat or chicken and then
steamed veggies and apples (not every day). He's a VERY fussy eater...always has been.
