vlcd 2, 171.4 lost 3 pounds and i ate more

I am eating 700 to 800 calories and just not eating fruit in the evening. I added fage2% yogurt to my meal plan to increase my protein. Cause I'm working out too, I'm just not sure if the hcg I'm using is real so I'm just trying to make sure I don't lose muscle mass, we'll see how it works. I'm excited to eat clean for life.

    Heidi, That's awesome! That's what I'm doing, too. Yesterday i was close to 1000 calories and I still lost another 1.2#s. I'm at 18.2 total in 20 days

    Wow, how much are you guys exercising? I was doing 3-60 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week before going back into P2. I haven't kept going because I was worried about the gains and didn't know how much "extra" I could eat while working out.

    I'm doing a total of an hour 5 times a week, if I have a gain from working out normally its just water weight cause your muscle will hold on to water, so its temporary...and your calories just see what works to keep losses going, just add calories little by little. I walk at 3.5 up hill and then do some weights alittle 3x a week
