I am down 6.5lbs I am very happy with that.
I have not gone on a wild binge-Thank goodness-though at one point felt like it.
I was hungry and was wanting every food I saw. I have to prepare and look at food a lot as I have young kids.
I nearly lost it, making a sandwhich yesterday. I wanted to bite into it so bad!!!! It really took self control.
However, earlier in the day, I was at a party for 6hrs and there was a lot of tempting food there. Platters of cookies, cakes, burritos, sandwhiches etc. It didn't really bother me. I drank a lot of black coffee, water, tea, mineral water and thank goodness they had a vegetable plate where I snacked on raw radishes and celery throughout the day.
My energy was pretty good yesterday (Sun.) as well. Saturday I was a lump on a log however and felt unmotivated to do anything and I got a bit dizzy every time I stood up.
So I spent a long time reading over the forum about hunger and decided to take another day off, and lowered my dose. I hope it helps. Yesterday was not too bad until evening, and that was my skip day. My other skip day also wasnt too bad.
Perhaps I just need a really low dose. Though my first round I just kept going lower and lower and never seemed to find my sweet spot. Round 4 I went higher and higher and that was definately not the answer! I had a confusion at one point and took a double dose and that definately was not good.
Anyway I am hopeful and trying and sticking with it.
