I am down 6.5lbs I am very happy with that.
I have not gone on a wild binge-Thank goodness-though at one point felt like it.
I was hungry and was wanting every food I saw. I have to prepare and look at food a lot as I have young kids.
I nearly lost it, making a sandwhich yesterday. I wanted to bite into it so bad!!!! It really took self control.

However, earlier in the day, I was at a party for 6hrs and there was a lot of tempting food there. Platters of cookies, cakes, burritos, sandwhiches etc. It didn't really bother me. I drank a lot of black coffee, water, tea, mineral water and thank goodness they had a vegetable plate where I snacked on raw radishes and celery throughout the day.
My energy was pretty good yesterday (Sun.) as well. Saturday I was a lump on a log however and felt unmotivated to do anything and I got a bit dizzy every time I stood up.

So I spent a long time reading over the forum about hunger and decided to take another day off, and lowered my dose. I hope it helps. Yesterday was not too bad until evening, and that was my skip day. My other skip day also wasnt too bad.
Perhaps I just need a really low dose. Though my first round I just kept going lower and lower and never seemed to find my sweet spot. Round 4 I went higher and higher and that was definately not the answer! I had a confusion at one point and took a double dose and that definately was not good.

Anyway I am hopeful and trying and sticking with it.

    I had the same issue with finding my sweet spot. I'm starting out really low this time. I'm about 110 ui today. I've only eaten an apple so far and I'm not ready to gnaw my arm off, so fingers crossed I've finally got it figured out.

    I'm such a more must've better type of person so it's hard for me to wrap my head around going lower. I do it, but it feels wrong. I bet you totally understand.

    Awesome results so far for you! What is your goal for this round?

    I am really hoping I find the no hunger spot and I go the whole 40 days. and lose 20+lbs. at 145lbs I can feel comfortable.
    Over 150lbs I just don't feel good in my body. If I continue with hunger and weakness I may just do the 23 days. I do very well on p3 and feel satisfied, without watching calories.
    I just read if you skip a shot every week you can go more than 40 days. Instead count 40 injections. So really I would like to go 4o injections in 47 days.
