    haven't been able to update in a few days - out of town and BZBZ - had to do a steak day on Friday - and dummy me - listened to my hubby and didn't bring my scale! Have not willingly gone off P3 standards - but have had a few oopsies - ate lunchmeat - didn't realize it has sugar - also had some mustard that was stone ground and yummy - yep - didn't check that either - it had sugar in it...ugh

    Steak day worked - down 1.5 - exactly what I was up yesterday - was hoping for a bit more - back to the same number which is .9 above LDW - and if I am going to stabilize there - I will take it! Was considering a high protein day if it worked - will be on the road today and tomorrow - both late nites - and hard to plan for. Not sure - but will surely stay within protocol - just not sure if I can get the calories up there where they need to be - while on the road.

    well - gained 1.5 this morning - which puts me up 2.4 from LDW - could be any number of reasons - TOM showed up - again - its been not quite 2 weeks since he was here ...not sure what that is all about - and that is likely the problem - ate salad dressing yesterday - not much - but it did have sugar on the end of the list of ingredients - and I tried fage last nite - didn't like it - but was afraid Ihadn't had enough protein for the day - so I did eat some - not much - but...yeah...

    ok - stayed the same today. Didn't count calories yesterday - but breakfast and lunch were exactly the same as the day before - dinner was similar - had grilled chicken and shrimp instead of steak. I added an extra egg and a little more cheese in my salad to make up the calorie difference. Was really hoping to be down again - even if it was only .2....oh well - still only 1lb. over LDW - so I am going to be happy with that - for today anyway!

    wow....I should learn to listen - even if it doesn't make sense! Several gurus told me to add calories - and I was oh so hesitant - and then was desperate last nite because I thought I had gone too far. The scale has been stuck for 5 days - within the leeway - but still stuck - added over 1000 calories to my daily intake yesterday - this morning - down .2. I was sure I was doing a steak day - was already planning it!! How can that even be? I think I must be still asleep and dreaming....but ...

  7. yikes ...added calories...hope I didn't go overboard!

    ok - so I tried cutting back calories - and nothing happened...so today I added calories....lots of them - I didn't realize how many til I just added it up. its 2600!!! I am guessing tomorrow will be a steak day! ugh - it was all protein and fat - nothing new - and nothing out of line....the hard part is that I had to make myself eat - was soo not hungry at each meal. Should have plotted it out first.....ugh!

    another day at the same weight! again, just amazing! This last 3 days I have been at the lower end of the calorie scale because of work - and really having to spend most of the long days in my car. Today - I am going to add some calories and see if it makes a difference. My addition of cheese earlier in the week didn't seem to. Tomorrow I will add fage...cannot find the full fat, so I am going to add hwc and some cocoa and stevia - sounds like dessert to me!!

    exactly the same again this morning....I am always a bit amazed at that - but it was the same. I ate at the low end of calories yesterday because I was on the road, and didn't even have time to stop somewhere - so it was a mostly protein day - less than 15 carbs.....but glad that my tbls. of cheese didn't seem to bother me - so I added it again today! Still can't find sugar free bacon - was hoping to add that soon. Still so want to see that number go down - but happy that its not going up!

    hmmm....posted last nite but it said there was an error? and - my favorite thread didn't let me post either - but my blog is here this morning?

    well - stayed the same this morning - soo would like to be below LDW...no time today - but may plan an egg day for Thursday if I go up at all.

    I did add some cheese to my breakfast today - not much - but I am getting soo tired of still having P2 foods - and the same breakfast....hope it doesn't hurt anything!
