i havent heard that, last round i ate it like 3 times a week. i just make sure its like at least 90% beef. if you're nervous about eating it tho, try eating it for lunch one day without doing anything different (like trying to mix veggies or something) and see how it reflects in the scale. enjoy! :-)
I ate salsa almost everyday! Souldn't be an issue at all. BTW, I had hamburger patties wrapped in lettuce with mustard and asian chilli sauce almost daily and lost each time! I used ground sirloin.
