Need answer fast please -
Question:
Sister is on P3 and woke up this morning with a 2.2 gain. She needs to do a steak day. Problem is she is driving all day in rural areas and will not be able to eat until 9pm (it is now 10am). Can she do something else as an alternative to steak at 9pm? She has Fage and wondering if she could eat that all day with nothing else as an alternative. What do you think? Any advice?

    I just did a FFF day didn't lose much...but got me back into range. This is what they recommend:

    Start at Noon:
    -32oz of full fat fage or other Greek yogurt brand
    -8oz berries
    -sweetener if needed
    -lots of water

    I basically kept eating every 1.5 hours...until it was gone, aimed to finish by 6pm

    I never waited till noon. I started with breakfast and ate 34oz with 8oz of berries. I don't think a few ounces difference for the Fage will make a difference though. And I too stopped the Fage by like 7pm, my water by 8pm.
