Load day 3... last of the pregame!

I started the day back up .7, but the guacamole last night was sooo worth it. I ended up eating a lot more than I intended today, but hopefully that will mean the first VLCD week will go more smoothly. I had some collagen coffee, a big double chocolate muffin, some mozzarella sticks, oven fried sesame chicken, pasta salad, a loaded baked potato, and some broccoli today. I'm gonna sit down tonight and make a plan for at least the next few days' meals so that I know what to expect and I can plan and minimize stress over what to eat. Right now, I'm going to go take a relaxing walk and mentally wind down so that I can hopefully get a good night's rest and wake up ready to tackle VLCD1 tomorrow!
