Showtime: VLCD1

I start my first VLC day up .4 at 199.3. Made it through fairly uneventfully, despite running myself to death all day and trying to find the time to stop and eat! I had collagen coffee, an apple, 2 hard-boiled eggs, a handful of strawberries from the garden, and a mixed green/spinach salad with grilled filet, cucumbers, green onions, 5 croutons, and a really yummy fat/sugar-free balsamic vinaigrette. I am thinking I might have been better off saving that steak for a day I was discouraged bc man, it was delicious, but also expensive! The cravings this evening have been a bit crazy. I have some cinnamon rolls I picked up at the bakery earlier for the kids. Any other day, I could take them or leave them. It's not something I normally really want. But man, I could have eaten all 6 of them myself tonight! I was able to get in a 10 minute rebound session tonight and right at 10K steps today. I also measured, and was actually shocked at how bad things have gotten. That in itself will hopefully be motivation enough to do what I have to do to make this work!
