Star Wars Day and the force is with me! VLCD2 down 2lbs

I started the day down 2 pounds- 197.3. Very happy about that. I normally like to wait til later in the day to write about the day, but I think I'm just gonna come back this evening and add on.

I've been trying to use the rebounder if not every day, then at least most days. I finally got it back out a month or so ago after having it packed in the garage post move back home next to my parents (a little over 4 years ago... it was beyond time!). With all the immune struggles and recurring EBV, and swelling in my feet and ankles the whole time I was commuting to law school (2.5 hrs each way!), even with walking over 10K steps a day, I knew I needed to step up my efforts. I can see my ankles again since starting, so that tells me I'm on the right track.

I normally do this in the evening after dinner, but being on P2, I think mornings might be less stressful on my body. I'm putting this here to keep track of it and see how I feel. I logged in 20 mins (a little over a mile) this morning. I also decided to do an ion cleanse footbath immediately after while drinking my collagen coffee. Now I'm re-mineralizing, enjoying an apple, about to have some hard boiled eggs, and then I'll start the remainder of the day.

I had some strawberries for a snack and a grilled chicken over mixed greens and spinach tonight. I don't know why day 2 always seems to be a struggle. I may need to up my drops just a hair to manage hunger, but also, just mentally, it's such a head game getting through the first few days. I've eaten dinner. Now I want to go to bed so I can sleep and wake up to weigh in again. Not really a good place to be in my head, but it's honest.

The line between hungry and cravings is blurry tonight and I could go in the kitchen right now and stuff myself. I don't need to, nor do I want to really. But it would be so easy to do. I'm gonna take my time feeding the animals and gathering eggs at my parents' house shortly, then find something new to watch on tv this evening. Counting down til bedtime.
