VLCD4 - down on the scale, but not my favorite

Another restless night with emotional dreams, though did I wake up down another .8 to 195.6. Still struggling with some nausea which affected my food choices today. I had collagen coffee, an orange, a hamburger (grilled, extra lean meat, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a low carb bun), and a jrobb vanilla protein shake with a handful of strawberries. Tomorrow may be a gain day, though I'm hoping it'll be ok. I've logged in over an hour of exercise daily for the last couple of weeks, and logged 10K steps or more. Maybe the exercise will counteract the additional carbs.

I've done 15 drops two times today so far, and the hunger seems to be less of an issue today, so maybe it really was just needing to increase my dose. I'm gonna make sure to meet my mineral intake needs, but otherwise, I think I'm just gonna rest for the remainder of the day. I've been so tired today. I hope my mood and my energy level perk back up tomorrow.
