I think I would do a steak day (tons of water of course), and then go to strict P2 foods in P3 quantities (adding some olive oil or coconut oil) for a few days and see what happens. But hopefully someone with way more P3 experience comes in with advice.
Thanks! I actually didn't have the blueberries yet lol. But I don't think it was that. I never gained until day 8, and I was eating that every day. I do know some is from TOM. I will do that and see what happens. Hopefully I lose! Oh I wanted to add too, I weighed in this morning and was 6 over LDW. Better than 9!! Lol.
