Down .4 lbs. My steak day was a FAIL. By lunch time yesterday I felt like I was starving so I had some protein. I started feeling weak and tired just like being back in P2 again except now I was hungry also. By dinner time not only did I have my steak, by more P3 sides too. Next time I might try the Fage day like Tate recommended. So at this point I'm 2.2 above my LDW, so I think I will just see what happens here in the next few days.

    high protien days also work for me if you really like meat..I just eat meat and one apple at dinner, and eat a regualr sized piece of meat at breakfast lunch and dinner...I lose about 3/4 of what i do on a steak day.
