The last couple of days on P3 haven't been good for me. I've stayed away from posting mostly because of being depressed over my results. My weight has steadily been going up and yesterday morning I was up over 7 lbs over my lowest P2 weight. My attempts at a steak day and Fage day have also been a disaster. I just can't seem to controll my hunger without the help of HCG. I have been sticking to P3 foods the whole time and keeping the calories to the maintence allowance. So yesterday I really started analysing my food and I believe I am having a reaction to some of the foods. I have decided to cut out certain food on certain days and see what reactions I have. Yesterday I cut out all nuts and this morning I was down 2 lbs. I cut out both almonds and the natural peanut butter, so I'll need to do further investigation to see if its both or one of the other. I also am planning a day or two without diary to see if I am sensitive to it. I hope not, because I love my milk. At this point I'm not overly concerned about going back to my end P2 weight as much as stabilizing at where I'm at and not gaining any more. That will still give me a 25 lb loss over all. Later in the year I could do a short round to get the last 10 lbs to get to my goal weight.

    Sorry to hear that. I have also been putting on a little at a time and I'm a few pounds above as well...however, I haven't been as diligent in watching my food intake. I really should...and I admit I've had bread a couple of times. I better get on the ball or I too will be depressed!

    Hang in there, it will get better.
