The scale finally took pity on me this morning- woke to 195.5, a full 2 lbs less than yesterday and the first loss since Monday! *whew* This week was rough, no doubt about it! Had a morning apple, meatballs with marinara for lunch and cold curried chicken salad for dinner. Took my daughter to the park today and ran around- she fell off of one of the high platforms by the monkey bars- about an 8 ft drop or so. I swear I died then and there- I rushed over to her and she was fine, just a little winded and scared out of her mind, but ready to play again after a few minutes of comfort and drinks of water...but good lord may I never have another scare like that in my life!!!!!! Went to the store and got all kinds of goodies for the start of P3 on Wednesday...even found sugar free bacon!! Woohoo!!!! If I could just drop another 1.5 lbs before the end of P2, that'd make an even 20 lbs gone....also, I am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in over a year- and they fit perfectly!!! I've now gone do 2 pants sizes in 21 days- that is ridiculously amazing!

    Good for you. I have one more pound to go for 20. I'm thinking maybe another 10 days VLCD. Where did you find sugar free bacon? I've looked at one local grocery store and no luck. Enjoy those jeans.

    I went to Walmart and, believe it or not, their Great Value Lower Sodium bacon has absolutely NO sugar in the ingredients or on the nutritional label...AND it was one of the cheapest ones there! They also had the Marie's Blue Cheese dressing in the produce section...score!!!
