    Well, I made it. I am eating my evening apple as we speak, and with it ends my P2 food for this Round. I made the egg muffin things as soon as I got home from work today and now the whole house smells amazing! I ended up making them with 12 eggs (duh!) heavy cream, salt, pepper, onions, broccoli, bacon and parmesan cheese- the batch made 24 little muffin things. Hubby ate one and gave an enthusiastic thumbs up, which is good...of course, he could just be excited that I'll be cooking for both of ...

    Today was my first day without drops and I had a bit of hunger this morning but I just drank more water, tea and coffee and dealt with it. Had a morning apple, P2 chili for lunch and chicken and sauteed onions for dinner. Still 195....REALLY ready for P3...I have my first meal for P3 all planned out.....can't wait.....*drool*............can you tell I'm over blogging about my P2 food every day?!? LOL!!!

    Still 195 today, my last day of drops...had three egg whites and one yolk for brunch- hard fried in a bit of water and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning salt and topped with Tabasco....NOM! Had an apple a little later on and then went to my mom's for a day of hard-core gardening....a little over 4 hours later, I was back home for a dinner of chicken and spinach and an apple for dessert. Hope the manual labor gives me the assist needed in banishing that 20th pound by tomorrow ...

    Down an additional half a pound today, making me only 1 pound away from 20 lbs lost on this short round! As soon as I finish this post, I'll be taking a detox bath to see if I can get down to 194 by Monday, since tomorrow is my last day of drops, making Monday morning's weigh in my LDW. Had a morning apple, chicken and asparagus for lunch, roast and a bloomin onion (P2 friendly, of course!) for dinner and another apple for dessert.     The scale finally took pity on me this morning- woke to 195.5, a full 2 lbs less than yesterday and the first loss since Monday! *whew* This week was rough, no doubt about it! Had a morning apple, meatballs with marinara for lunch and cold curried chicken salad for dinner. Took my daughter to the park today and ran around- she fell off of one of the high platforms by the monkey bars- about an 8 ft drop or so. I swear I died then and there- I rushed over to her and she was fine, just a little winded ...

    Severe disappointment today- I am UP half a pound! Grrrr.......upped my water and cut out oranges and beef, in case they are causing this (even though I haven't have any issues with them before!) and ate a morning apple, chicken chili for lunch, chicken and spinach for dinner and most of an apple for dessert. At this point, I'm so close to the end of the Round I can taste it, but how anticlimactic this is going to be if I continue to stall, or even GAIN more! *shudder* Obviously I'll finish out ...

    197 YET AGAIN this morning! Booo!!!! I've been having a bit of hunger during this stall, so I altered my dose a bit today and the hunger left. Hopefully there'll be a nice loss waiting for me in the morning. Had more of the cold curried chicken salad with celery and apple for lunch, pot roast and salad for dinner and an orange for dessert.     Still at 197 today, which is fine- I've been losing steadily every day for the last few days, so it's no biggie. Had roast with sauteed onions for lunch, my good old afternoon orange, chicken and spinach for dinner and finished it off with a big Golden Delicious apple. Drank more than the usual amount of water, which will hopefully help the weight move on out! To be honest, I find myself getting a little *****ier when I look at my food.     Got on the scale this morning to discover another pound gone- now 197! I'm really hoping to get down to 190 or less by the end of this round, giving me an even 40 lbs to lose on R2...had cold curried chicken salad for lunch- it includes chicken, celery and an apple and WOW- that was a lot of food! Obviously the apple counted as my afternoon fruit...wasn't even hungry for it! Had meatballs and marinara for dinner and an orange for dessert.     Woke up to a beautiful new number- 198! Down another 1.5 lbs today! Finished up my cooking for the week with pot roast with celery and a garnish of caramelized onions I can use on all kinds of things...had chili for lunch and actually got my afternoon orange in today as well! Tried the pot roast and celery for dinner (pretty tasty!) and changed the apples up this week with Golden Delicious instead of Gala.
