Only 7.2 lbs to go to get to goal (130)!

I don't know how I did it, but I was down 1.8 lbs this morning. My cold is still hanging on and my appetite is way down, so I thought I would be at a stand still. Nope! Still dropping like flies.

I'm going out of town for 3 days this weekend and I'm not sure how to plan for it. Should I continue to take my drops? Or should I stop the drops 2 days before I go, and then start taking them again 2 days before I get home? I'm not going to go crazy eating because that grosses me out, but I will be eating heavier foods than allowed in Phase 2. Help! I don't want to blow this when I'm almost at the finish line!
