  1. Only 7.2 lbs to go to get to goal (130)!

    I don't know how I did it, but I was down 1.8 lbs this morning. My cold is still hanging on and my appetite is way down, so I thought I would be at a stand still. Nope! Still dropping like flies.

    I'm going out of town for 3 days this weekend and I'm not sure how to plan for it. Should I continue to take my drops? Or should I stop the drops 2 days before I go, and then start taking them again 2 days before I get home? I'm not going to go crazy eating because that grosses me out, ...

  2. Down 4 lbs for the week!

    I hit the 130's!! Down to 139 this morning!! I'm sure I didn't eat enough yesterday, but I was so stuffed up and had no appetite. I did drink a lot of liquids, though. It's nice to shop in my closet - my size 6's are fitting perfectly.

  3. Sick with a cold all week

    I read that you can gain weight if you have a cold on hcg and it's true! I've been sick since Monday and by Wed my weight was up 3 lbs for no reason! I've been following protocol to the letter! Well, after making sure I'm drinking a ton of water and getting in my daily protein, I'm happy to say I'm now down those 3 lbs plus 2 more today!

    I'm .8 lbs a way from the 130s!! Yay me!! I have 10.8 lbs to go to get to my goal and I'll stay on hcg until I get there! I've seen other people ...

  4. Down 3 lbs for the week!

    I'm only weighing in once a week during phase 2 because the daily ups and downs drive me crazy. After starting to stray last week, I was happy to see a 3 lbs loss for the week! I made cocoa crack 2 weeks ago and that was the start of my downfall. I think it's a gateway treat for me.

    I made chicken cabbage soup with lots of cayenne pepper and it is soooo good! It's a very filling and satisfying lunch for me and I get my protein and veggie all in one! I'll have an orange for a late ...

  5. Found the recipe book here for phase 2 last night!

    I have to admit I was bored silly with phase 2 food and was starting to stray. But last night I found this recipe book (http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...ookbook-10717/) and am psyched to go grocery shopping for the week. I need a variety of flavorful food this round in order to stick with protocol. One ingredient that's in a lot of recipies that I'm not familiar with is Bragg's Amino Acids. Does anybody know if Trader Joe's ...

  6. Round 2 - here I come!

    I spent most of the summer in phases 3 and 4, and was up only 2 lbs from my lowest weight. I was soooo happy to head into round 2 without a huge gain.

    I started round 2 a week ago and plan on spending a total of 40 days in phase 2, with 2 planned interruptions. I'm not going to be as strict with myself as I was in my first round because I'm not in a hurry to lose these final pounds, and I have really stepped up my workouts and want to stay where I am with them.

  7. Starting P3 tomorrow!

    I have to admit that I'm going to be scared to get on the scale this phase. But I know I must do it so I can make corrections immediately. I've read that it's important to increase calories starting from day 1 in P3 so that you can start to stabilize at a higher calorie level. I'm excited to start eating breakfast again - stocked up my frig with eggs! I'm not much of a meat-eater at breakfast, but I'll try to add in some turkey sausage. P3, here I come!

  8. Time to move on to P3

    No loss and I'm mentally ready to move on to P3, so I'm doing it! I automatically took my drops this morning before weighing in, so that'll be my last dose. Yay!! I'm excited now!

    I was really, really surprised with a loss this morning because I feel heavier! That means I'll continue P2 through the weekend.

  10. No loss....

    ...when I weighed in early this morning. But I'm pretty sure I know why. After I got to work, I used the toilet, and I mean, I used it! Big time. lol! I don't poop every day, but when I do, I do!

    I went to my chiro this morning for an adjustment and she noticed for the first time that I've lost weight. She said she could really see it in my face and stomach. She told me to keep it up!
