I used the drops in 2012 and lost about 180 pounds in about 12 months. I decided to take the drops and designed my own diet plan. I have not regained the weight that I lost. I weighed 398 pounds and after the weight loss I am currently at 210 pounds. I had a 54 inch waist and after I now have a 36 inch waist. I have pictures that I will share soon. I f anyone wants to talk about this I will be glad to help them.
