Hey Ladies! I am back again with another blog, and this is a little something different. Allow me to update and follow you guys up on whats been happening since my last blog.

Memorial day went very well! I had some plain salad and a 4.5 ounce of Grilled Steak, it was pretty good medium rare which I loved the flavors were amazing. I was happy that when I stepped on the scale I was 237.0 I had previous reached that weight yesterday, so im having another stable day, I seem to always have them every other day, which is fine by me, I know that inches are coming off in places when the scale no longer decides to budge. Ontop of that, TOM is coming up very soon for me so I know that would have a little bit to do with my water retention, I don't think I need an apple day yet but if my weight stalls for two more days I'll go ahead and try and apple day I'm just happy I didn't gain any weight incase the way the steak made was Rogue.

I wanted to give a little lift (if I can) and a little reminder to myself about stalling. Stalling I know I'll hit very soon, I mean I am slowing down drastically in my weight loss, from losing 11 pounds in 7 days to barely reaching 4 this week, it's humbling but at the same time, I need to relax and be humble I lost 18 pounds in nearly 12 days. In the normal dieting world, that is unheard of. We are lucky to lose a pond a week even the average on HCG is .5 a day which makes a pound in 2 days for an average of nearly something like 7 pounds a week. Still far above the average!!

I have to remember where I came from. I came from being over weight (I still am, clinically obese) to starting this journey. It is by no means easy What So ever however, any journey in live no matter which figuratively or literally it has it bumps and curves and hard points where it's hard to trudge through. We have to look to see how far we've trekked and realize that I myself, have to quit being spoiled and looking for giant things to happen on the scale because HCG promises that and no doubt delivers but I have to remember I wouldn't have been able to reach 237.0 from 255.7 in DAYS maybe months but not this fast.

When I stall and feel like giving up, and I have two days ago, I have had thoughts twice of giving in and taking that cheese pizza, or that cup cake (both my DEATHLY weakness, I mean I would have climbed mount Everest for those two items) before stopping and self evaluating, asking myself "Would you really want to throw all this hard work you have done l, with no cheating, avoiding things you though you never ever could, over a cup cake or cheese pizza or whatever your weakness is, just to back track and later want to lose that weight again, to tell yourself 'ima do it this time, with no cheating', when you can stay strong, look forward and reach that goal that you're fighting so hard for. Is it worth it Journey?" and that gives me the will to push forward. And say No.. No it's not.

This is my example and I just want to tell you ladies, if you are really thinking about throwing in the towel because you might be stalling right now weather be your beginning of your second week or your last 7 days, KEEP GOING!! There will be nothing more liberating and wonderful than to say I made it through this round, though it was tough, though it difficult and you craved so so much, it will be beautiful to look back and realize you crossed the finish line. Our bodies right now are marathon runners and we're in a great race to get healthy, I will be DETERMINED and You ladies should be too to win our first race!

So Please don't give up! Though you feel like giving up at this moment, Don't!! It will be so worth it in the end! Hang in There beauties!<3 <3 <3

Way to go journey! You are staying strong. Remembering that this is not forever and one day you will have a bite of pizza or cupcake. We just won't be having that garbage as our regular food . Don't the things you cook now taste much more delicious?! I can promise you fit and trim women are not eating pizza and ice cream on a regular basis. You are right, you are working too hard to throw away your progress. You are really doing this diet well. Keep us posted. I hope your family notices and are proud of you too.

Hey there!! Thank you so much!! I was **** too and really really am, however I found ground turkey that was 99% fat free so I decided to give it a try to see if I would gain or stall, and I lost two pounds the day I tried it and I continue to try it and I seem to be doing just fine on it. I feel like its better than ground beef in the first place and taste better for me so im thrilled to have it during P2!I introduce a little o see what will keep me losing and so far the ground turkey seems to be good!

Hey Bav!! *Big Hug*!!!!! I am trying my best to stay positive and keep my excitement, just the fact these few days have changed my life more than I could ever imagined, im getting over a lot of bad habits and it's weird, people wold usually not wanna see the bad food, but its a constant test so im glad it's there cause you never know how strong you are until your faced with a weakness. You know you are SO right Bav! I truly am learning the meaning of moderation to indulge a little bit but like you said, not every single day.
omg yes they taste so yummy, I savior every single bite and truely enjoy meals now. I don't think about food afterwards though except what I'm going to cook next and the context of HOW what new recipe can I try out. Thanks so much Bav im glad you Think I am! I'm just so so tired of failing, I remember this one person said "When your ready, you will know it and feel it" and that's how I am right now, I've never been so determined in my life.
    Thank you so much *HUGS*!!!!!!

They are not P2 appropriate, but shouldn't be a problem for P3. You can always make cauliflower pizza crust. Its not the same as real pizza, but certainly much healthier. I do paleo with a bit of dairy for P3. Lots of great recipes. Now I'm getting hungry just thinking about P3!!!LOL

Journey....keep in mind that sometimes we will slow @ weight we previously held for awhile..if you hold your ground your body has no choice but to lose. It's easy to give in, charging onwards is the hard part. Remember "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" That was my motto in P2.....it just wasn't worth it!
