    Here is yesterdays menu: breakfast 3 eggs, flax seed muffin, lunch 6 oz hamb, 4 strawberries, 1 slices low sodium ezekiel bread, dinner oz turkey burger, lettuce, tomato, dressing, 1 hard boiled egg; snack 8 oz 0% fage. according to myfitnesspal - 1192 calories, 42 g fat, 97 carbs, 118 protein.

  7. Phas 4 day 5 steak day results

    Did a by the book steak day yesterday. Today I was down -1.9 so only .2 away from my stabilization weight!!
    I woke up at 4am today - and I was hungry! I didn't eat, also didn't get back to sleep so just layed there thinking for an hour. Was weird being hungry like that when I woke up! I'm taking that as a sign my body needs more calories?

    Not sure what put me over the edge - yesterdays menu was P3 all they way 3 eggs/cheese/sugar free salsa and a flax muffin for breakfast. Snack was 1 oz of cheese and some blueberries. Lunch was a chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and bolthouse farms dressing, dinner was turkey

  10. Phase 4 Day 2 results

    This morning my weight was 133.9 so up .1 and .1 below my 2 lb window. Gonna do a fage day today to try to get back down. Feeling bloated and my hips feel bigger - based on how my shorts went on this morning!

    My menu on p4d2 (yesterday) - brunch was some scrambled eggs with cheese, some fruit, 3 pieces of sausage links and 1 small blueberry pancake with butter and lite syrup. Mid afternoon snack was a flax muffin and 2 oz of cheese. Dinner was 1/3 lb hamburger, salad - lettuce ...
