AFM - Sat am weight was back down w/in range. I did get in a 5 mile bike ride Sat am knowing that Sat would be a higher calorie day. Sat food was going good until the afternoon and dinner. Had too little water and too many adult beverages, dinner was prob too high in calories and was followed by a smore. I've been camping for 6 straight weekends in a row and been going to eat a smore for weeks and never had. I ate one Sat night and prob should have skipped it as it didn't taste that good. So between either the wine coolers, the veggie pizza (cresent roll crust and had cream cheese on it which seems to cause problems for me), the smore, and eating way too late - I was up 2.5 lbs Sun am from what I was on Sat am. Also had too much sun (on the lake) and not enough sleep so was bloated like a sponge. TOM is also very near - which is causing chocolate cravings too. Doing HPD today and planning a fruit day for Monday. Never done a fruit day so will see how that goes. One interesting note - milk chocolate seems to make me gain where dark chocolate doesn't?
Mon, Weds, Thurs are going to be my lower calorie days this week since Tues and Friday have planned activities where they will prob be higher in calories.
