for those of you wondering what someone can eat in p4 and not gain....read on! For those of you avoiding food lists FOOD **** AHEAD!!
My menus for the past several days have been fairly consistent.
Breakfast has been 2 (3 if they are small) scrambled eggs w/a small bit of cheese, a flax seed muffin with butter/jelly
AM snack - either a handful of nuts or 2 cheese sticks
Lunch - something along the lines of a 4-5oz chicken breast on top of mixed greens/shredded cheese/ ranch dressing with fage/blueberries; or a 1/3 lb burger on a flat bread wrap, raw veggies
PM snack - either a handfull of nuts, or small amount of fff with some fruit
Dinner - 5 or 6 oz of protein (chicken, beef, steak, pork chop, fish), fresh veggies and fruit. And somewhere in there has been a handful or two of M&M's each day. My weight has not varied more than 1lb.
