Here is yesterdays menu: breakfast 3 eggs, flax seed muffin, lunch 6 oz hamb, 4 strawberries, 1 slices low sodium ezekiel bread, dinner oz turkey burger, lettuce, tomato, dressing, 1 hard boiled egg; snack 8 oz 0% fage. according to myfitnesspal - 1192 calories, 42 g fat, 97 carbs, 118 protein.
Today's menu is similar but think I might add in a protein shake for snack and mix w fage!
