I stopped taking hcg on Tuesday morning, so I'm two days after. Up about .4 this morning, but I had a few tortilla chips last night and 3 hard boiled eggs yesterday, chicken so who knows? I'm really tired of depriving my body right now and can't wait to start LR Sunday morning. Saturday I'm going to just add more food in - more meat, probably a mixed salad. I also bought some baking chocolate and the last couple of nights had 1/2 oz (1/2 square?), dipping it in sweetener and gnawing on it. Better than nothing!! My body's crying out and I've learned to listen to it. I'm praying I'll be able to do the leptin reset and not snack after supper because that's been a big hangup for me the last several years! If I can get out of that habit, I know it will work for me. Happy Mother's day everybody!![]()
