  1. Phase 4

    Well I finally made it to P4. I concluded P3 with a 3-6 lb LIW. I fluctuate between these numbers. Of course, I would like to keep it at 3 lbs... but with TOM, water input/output, BM's, and just live in general-- I consider myself stable.
    I haven't added bread just yet. I am treading carefully. I'm not interested in letting go of the reigns as I am planning another round soon. I am only interested in adding some sweet potato, squash, and quinoa... maybe some brown rice- we shall see. ...

  2. Best P3 ever

    After numerous rounds of unstable P3-- I think I have finally had a good one. I entered P3-- because I needed a planned interruption. I stayed in P3, because I just didn't have the mindset to return to P2.
    I've had a difficult time stabilizing in P3-- for various reasons... of course all of my own doing, but still a fail. I had great intentions, but when I finally got into P3, all hell broke loose.

  3. 11/23/15- P3 day 13

    13 days into P3 and I'm above LIW by 3 lbs. I was 6 lbs over and been able to get closer to LIW over time. I've found some new foods that do not agree with me and the scale. Avocado and cheese (all kinds). They were added to the "don't touch" list. I am feeling confident and am planning on trying to stick to P3 menu for an extra week or 2, since I have so much time before I can start another round. After P3, I may dabble in fmd.   4. Planned Interruption- Day 1

    I began my PI today. I dropped 1.8 lbs and weighed in at 132.4 this morning. I wasn't nervous about starting P3 this time (PI). But suddenly tonight, I am nervous. I don't know if I ate enough. I also mistakenly didn't look at one of the foods nutritional label before eating it. It had 2g of sugar in it.
    I weighed myself after dinner - clearly not the best time to weigh oneself-- and I was up 4 lbs... oh my! Not sure if I should eat more or just stop for the evening. I did have ...

  5. Changing Sizes

    I've completed several rounds. Except for the last round that I completed- other rounds were spaced over 6 months apart over a 3 year period. In all of my previous rounds, I didn't notice a change in my size of clothes until I was well into P3. To be specific.. it was usually week 2 in P3 where all of a sudden, my clothes fit one day but hung on me the next. It was always very exciting to know that my clothes would be too big. I can safely say that I lost about a size and a half with each round. ...

  6. Noticing the change

    Last week I started to notice a change in my body. I felt like my lower belly was getting smaller. I would put my hands around my hips right below my belly button and I could feel the slimness. I was feeling so cold all of the time. I would take HOT baths to just try to warm up. My baths were so hot that my skin was red when I would get out. It was the only thing that would warm me. Someone posted, that if I was feeling cold, then that was a sign that I was losing fat. She was right! ...

  8. Round 4 P2 D19

    I've done several rounds and have lost track-- but for the sake of keeping track, I'm calling this round #4.

    Day 19 and down 13.6 lbs.... this is not including the load gain/loss. My losses are fluctuating for P2-- they range from 19-22lb.. I am hoping for 22 lbs this time... but being that I am almost half way done and my losses will slow considerably from here on out- I don't think I will get that 22 off.

  9. Disappointment

    I've been exploring the idea that I may have a hormonal imbalance. According to my bloodwork-- ALL of my hormones are within appropriate range... however after much research, I found that their are optimal numbers for various hormones. It seems that when these hormones are in optimal range, one would experience a better sense of well being. Although I can't complain about my well being, I am complaining about my thinning hair. And thinning hair seems to be a side effect of these hormones NOT ...

    Can't count how many rounds-- lost track... maybe round 6?

    1 week done- down 7.8 pounds from preload weight.

    down 10 lbs even from weight that includes loading gains.

    Hoping to have a successful 2nd week.

    I definitely notice a different in my energy levels. Prior to starting this round, I was intermittently doing the fmd. I full heartedly did a 28 day cycle of fmd and was able to get back to my LIW of my previous hcg round.
