I was pretty solid and now having the crazy fluctuations. I've been snacking more at night, very hungry, less water during the day, slamming it at night, and generally not "as" careful. I'm disappointed. I was pretty darn solid, and now it feels like even trying out new things is not working. Not even new or bad (except the teriyaki sauce, really.)

Why is it so hard to commit to a true steak day? I'll tell you why, it's because food is yummy.. and now that I have an appetite again it's hard to wait all day for a steak. Physical-hunger-hard. Like "apples don't cut it until 6 pm" hard. Oh, and that coconut milk mousse I made sitting in the fridge tempting me isn't helping, although it's harmless. I REFUSE TO GAIN WEIGHT BACK! *but I am having a hard time committing to what I need to do to fix this crap. DARN IT. HEAD IN THE GAME, P3 HITMAN! HEAD IN THE GAME. DANG IT, DANG IT DANGIT!!!!! ARGH(%&)(*#&$@!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whew, that feels better. Now where's the cheese?
