Posting my weights so I'll be able to look back on them. Round 2 didn't seem to be losing as much as Round 1 but when averaged out, they were about the same. Today I made it to 169.5! I can not remember when I was this weight. I dieted thru much of High School and the lowest weight I have ever gotten to was around 140 - 145, which was a really good weight for me. I got married at 17 when I graduated and this year we will celebrate our 32nd Anniversary! Not long after I got married the weight just started packing on. I was bra shopping today and tried on bra after bra at Lane Bryant. I've shopped there for years. You know it's one of those favorite places to shop for us big beautiful women. After being discouraged because nothing fit right, the clerk measured me and told me my "new" size. I proceeded to look again for bras and told her I couldn't find them. Well this is my first Round 2 post since loading and I'm loving it! I was worried about injections at first but I'm loving them. They free you up so much. I hated that waiting to eat and drink and holding the drops under my tongue. I am however having a little bit of a light-headedness, but that seems to be getting better. Well finally finished with Round 1. Today was last day of Phase 4 and I ended up a half a lb over LDW. I'm happy with that! I'm swapping from HHCG to SubQ injections this round. Can't believe how easy it was to mix and give myself the shot. The forums and moderators made instructions so easy. If someone had given me the shot with my head turned, I don't know if I would have known it was over. I didn't feel it. I feel like I had a very stable Phase 3 and so far Phase 4. I see people in both Phase 3 and Phase 4 trying to figure out why they are up 4/10ths of a lb or 6/10ths of a lb or 1.5 lbs. I see them trying to figure out what food caused it. I don't understand the rationale on that. The way I understand it is that we should not worry until we are over 2 lbs over our LDW. Well it finally happened...I had to do a steak day. I stabilized so well on Phase 3 and really think Phase 4 is going to go as well. Travel threw a kink in my eating and weighing. On day 9 we left at 7:30 PM headed to Parris Island, S.C. to see my nephew graduate from Marine Boot Camp. I started Phase (4) on what would be day 19 of Phase (3). My phase 3 was very stable and I never had to do a steak day. My weight never went 2 lbs over LDW so I feel this was a safe decision for me. I plan to do 19 days in Phase (4). I hope it goes as smoothly as Phase (3). I think walking 2 to 3 miles at least 6 days a week has helped. I made these changes because DH is leaving for a 2 week business trip this month. I wanted to get in 2 days loading while he's still home. ...
Haven't blogged in a while and wanted a record of my daily weighs. I've loved Phase3 and can't believe it's almost over. I start Phase 4 on Wednesday which is the same day we travel to South Carolina to see my nephew graduate from Marine Boot Camp! So proud of him!!!!! All is going well in Phase 3. I'm 1.5 lbs below LDW and feeling good. I so wanted my round to end with my LDW at 175. But, a number is just that....a number. I'll get there when the time is right. I'm walking at least 6 days a week anywhere from 2 to 4 miles. Find it is best to take a days break and it usually ends up being Monday. I'm enjoying eggs with peppers, oinions, mushrooms, and cheese every morning. Add a few strawberries with that and what else could a person need? ...
