Day 24....have a question about eggs - please advise...I thank you in advance

Rate this Entry
Hello! My 23 day hcg injections were to end yesterday, however, I extended it another 17 days. I weighed in today at 152.2!!! I am excited. I take 250 via my doctor.

My question is, can I have scrambled eggs for breakfast today? I have been very good on the diet, but I am craving eggs. Anyone???

I appreciate any assistance you can give!

Thanks!
Kathy

I am not expert but what I have read is you can have eggs but on often on P2 due to thier fat. What they usually suggest is 1 whole egg & 2egg whites could be used for breakfast.

Thank you. I haven't blogged much and I probably need to. I eat, basically, the exact same things every day. I alternate shrimp, chicken, and lean beef. Then for vegetables, it is either cut up cucumbers, celery or simmered green peppers. I like these foods, but I probably need to ask for other menu ideas.....what do you think?

My clinic plan gave ok for eggs the way t-Willa stated. I went on and experimented with doing 1-2 hard boiled egg since I didn't want to deal with potential frying snafu. My body was fine with the boiled eggs. If your body says no, you will know next time to wait. Good luck. Eggs are a welcome change as yesterday I almost had a gag moment on chicken breast.
