    In December 2011 I decided I needed to change they way I felt. I was feeling sick, tired, and just plain lazy. I recently had a baby mid October Back and only gained a fraction what I gained with my other children. The last 4 years I have had 2 children and before getting pregnant I weighed in at 175 give or take a few pounds. Now for me that is the pretty much the lowest I should go to be healthy. I have/had lots of muscle since I worked out a lot with my job at the time and walked on average 20km ...
