  1. Comence Apple Day!

    Well again this morning the scale has not moved. So I have decided to do an apple day today and see if I can break this stall. Last night for dinner I had boiled cabbage & shrimp for dinner, It wasnt the best of meals but its in the rule book.

  2. Another day another pound...

    I haven't done an entry over the weekend but Saturday was a great day. We had lobster for dinner that night and it was so good. Sunday I stepped out of the rules for lunch and had a poached egg in a red pepper ring with sliced strawberries. It was SO good and I recommend it. For dinner we had BBQ steak and that as well so really good. However this morning my weight hasn't changed from yesterday. The difference RED MEAT! I honestly think my body doesn't win eating it.

  3. They come & go!

    Well Im not going to let a gain bring me down! I have lost so much in less then a week I am happy with the results so far. So what caused the 2.2 lbs gain? Lets look at what I did yesterday:
    Went shopping in Canada's largets mall for 7 hours. Thats a LOT of walking & money spent .   4. Another day another pound...or 3!

    This going to be day 6 of my VLCD and I feel better today then I have all week or month even. Maybe its the diet or the chance to get out of my house today and go shopping in West Edmonton Mall. I had a pretty rough evening emotionally last night but I think it has to do with a Crying teething baby & a toddler who loves to use the word "NO!"   5. Rough start to the day

    This morning I woke up t omy heart pounding so hard I could hear pound aloud almost. I rolled over and could feel I was laying in cold sweats and a dry mouth. So I got up to grab a glass of water and felt so light headed I could barely make it to the kitchen. It took all I had to grab a glass of water & an apple to bring my blood sugar up.   6. A gain so soon?

    I completed my 3rd day of the VLCD and I gained 0.2 lbs. I know it isnt much and normally I wouldnt feel bad, but Im kind of going crazy on why a gain so soon in the game? I have a feeling I know where it came from and today I will be sure to correct it. When I was making my son a P&J sandwhich I caught myself licking the peanutbutter off my finger.   7. Another VLCD Day with Excellent Results!

    I have only completed 2 days of the 500 cal diet and I lost another 6 lbs & if your following thats almost 12lbs in 2 days. If I keep it up at this rate I will hit my long term goal in just a week. Im sure I will slow down in the losing department soon & cant keep my hopes up for seeing the same results everyday, otherwise I will be disapointed Im sure.

  8. Day 1 of VLCD done!

    I cant not beleive that in just one day I went from 264.8lbs to 259.0 lbs that a drop of 5.8lbs in 24 hrs. At this rate I am going to melt away; ok well not really but that would be great if I could hit a 30+lbs mark in the 40 days I am taking these drops. I am not one to wish days away but I can not wait for even a couple weeks to pass. Good luck everyone!

  9. First day of VLCD

    WOW I weighed myself after loading the last 2 days and I gained 5 lbs. It must have been the dozen donuts I ate in the past 2 days. YUCK I dont think I ever want to see another donut in my life! However it was a good thing for those donuts becuse I would forget to eat and those donuts would help for something fast and fatty.   10. Im on my way

    Day 2 of loading and I found it harder to eat today then day 1. I made sure that what I did eat was hi in fat and not necessarily bad fats, but good ones as well. I am super excited to start the VLCD on Saturday and see some results in the near future. .
