  1. Apple day + on scale

    In my book I got with my kit it clearly says 6 LARGE apples through out the day & drinking water ONLY when thirsty. How hard could that be, right? I gained one whole pound. Im starting to get tired og the stall & the gains. Should I do another apple day tomorrow? I think I will see what the scale says tomorrow before I decide. I may also do what the book says and cut the apples & melba (which I dont eat to often)
