  1. Numbers are dropping....

    Yesterday I tried for the first time a chocolate protein shake for breakfast along with my normal everday vitamins. I had so much energy my house was cleaned in no time, plus I'm battling a head cold. I'm down 1lbs this morning even after eating a little off course. I ended up having a portabella mushroom stuffed with roasted onions & peppers topped with chicken breast. It was really good and really filling. I dont know what the calorie count was but it couldnt have been much.
